澎湖縣社會處工作行銷媒體課程 提升服務效能

縣府社會處長陳寶緞表示，由於社會服務工作不是只有提供弱勢族群愛心關懷，還需要懂得媒體行銷技巧，才能將公部門的相關資訊傳達給服務對象，因此邀請郭明琪老師跨海前來講授媒體及社會工作行銷主題課程，藉由精闢的見解和經驗分享，讓與會者深感獲益良多。
陳寶緞處長指出，郭明琪老師曾經擔任健康醫療網總編輯、經理人、月刊副總編輯及巨思文化副社長等，學經歷相當豐富；此次能邀請郭老師以豐富的經驗講授內容主題，包含媒體介紹、活動有梗、媒體活動型式介紹、新聞稿實作、自媒體的經營以及危機事件處理，成效顯著頗受學員肯定。
郭老師在課程中，特別邀請社工提出自己未來規劃的方案活動，並與大家一起討論，如何將活動規劃更為有趣以及落實宣傳工作。另外，郭老師也在課程中帶領學員們實際操作新聞稿撰寫，從實作的內容中，彼此交流討論如何讓活動更為有趣，以提升學員興趣與成效。
郭明琪老師表示，現今的社會發展過程，顯示媒體傳達與民眾生活息息相關，大家每天從電視節目、報章雜誌、網路傳播吸收資訊，這些都是媒體的管道。另外，由於網際網絡的傳播速度較其他媒體管道快速及便利，所以網路成為現代人獲取資訊的主要管道，也被廣泛使用。
陳寶緞處長進一步說明，目前社群網站逐漸興起並發展迅速，只要透過臉書等自媒體發表相關訊息，人人都可以成為媒體，所以媒體經營變成現代人須培養的能力之一。
陳處長期望透過這次課程學習，讓參加的社工能將所學，致力於宣傳及懂得自媒體經營，讓服務資訊更容易為民眾所取得，社會服務工作更貼近民眾生活，透過雙向溝通提升服務效能。
