黃偉哲全力保障市民健康權益  南市推動食安五環政策績效六都第一

台南市長黃偉哲積極推動「食安五環政策」，針對食品的源頭控管、生產管理、加強查驗、加重惡意黑心廠商責任及全民監督食安等五個面向，從上游到下游強化管理，執行績效六都第一。獲頒的1750萬元獎勵金將持續投入食品安全衛生管理工作。

黃偉哲表示，食安是全台民眾都關心的事，台南作為美食之都，必須強化對食品業者的管理輔導，並加強查察原產地標示，讓消費者可做選擇。年底有許多大型活動都有規劃美食或食品市集，他指示各局處要求主辦單位重視食安，不容許發生食安事件，也敦促教育局及相關單位持續嚴格把關學校午餐。

衛生局表示，台南市政府對食品製造業、輸入業、餐飲業、販售及物流業、加水站等業者，定期辦理食品安全專案聯合稽查，每季並召開食安會報，通盤檢討食安稽查工作。

另外，台南市政府對已進入消費市場的食品持續進行後市場監測，對於民生必需或違規頻率高的產品，如蔬果、水產、禽畜肉、添加物、年節食品等，及有摻偽假冒疑慮的食品，特別加強抽驗及標示查核，並在衛生局官網「食品安全資訊專區」定期公布抽驗結果。110年抽檢件數為3549件，合格率為88.2%。

為了確保學生健康，在校園午餐管理方面也加強查核，包括每學期查核及抽驗學校午餐團膳業者作業環境安全衛生管理至少2次；每年查核國中小自設廚房作業環境安全衛生管理並抽驗至少1次；每年查核國中小學校午餐食材供應商作業環境安全衛生管理至少1次。

衛生局也持續辦理食品業者衛生安全講習及結合餐飲、烘焙等相關公（工）會之衛生講習，強化業者專業職能及自主管理能力。

因應今(110)年豬(牛)肉及其可食部位原料之原產地標示新規定，台南市政府對傳統市場、大賣場及餐飲等食品業者，進行豬原料原產地標示查核，以維護肉品安全及消費者權益。目前抽驗豬(牛)肉及其可食部位原料檢驗乙型受體素共有846件，全部符合規定，另有36件正在檢驗中。另稽查13800家次肉品製造業、輸入業、餐飲業及販售業是否如實標示來源，發現有3家不符規定，其中2家已依法處辦，另外1家則移源頭廠商所轄衛生局辦理。

衛生局強調，台南市將強化從源頭到餐桌垂直管理及跨局處橫向的溝通聯繫管道，使食品安全政策、法規及稽查檢驗更有效整合精進，未來也將持續食安五環計畫及衛生優良店評核等活動，守護市民健康。
