成功大學醫學院附設醫院學生進入開刀房，替病患進行外科縫合手術一事，經衛生局查察，該院未確實督導所屬醫事人員依法執行業務，依醫療法第57條規定，裁處新臺幣5萬元罰鍰。
衛生局呼籲為確保病患權益，醫院執行臨床教學活動應依循相關臨床實習實施原則規劃課程，並善盡督導之責，建立信賴的醫病關係。
