「師徒制」菁英師生教學 雲林環球科技大學朝正向循環

環球科技大學，舉辦「培訓菁英學生成果發表會」，展現近年來專案招收的菁英學生的學習成果。這群來自各高中職優秀學生，透過環球科大菁英學生無縫接軌的培訓，讓他們在專業領域發光發熱，持續專心致志求學，水滴石穿的正向蛻變，這樣的好表現也激發了全校同學「見賢思齊」的正向循環。
環球科大善盡大學社會責任，自107學年度起，為延續高中職優秀畢業生在專業領域的發展與表現，每年皆提供有經濟壓力的菁英學生入學，提供四年全額學雜費及住宿費全免，讓他們在經濟無虞下專心學習。環球科大的菁英學生們，必須依個別目標與技能發展，訂定年度須達成指標，並由菁英輔導老師協助完成，一來督促自己努力達成目標，二來回饋輔導老師辛勤指導。
該校目前由17位輔導老師，採「師徒制」帶領48位菁英，學生從進入環球時的缺乏自信，四年內遍嚐辛酸的練習，過程中經歷無數次競賽的挑戰與磨練，一直到如今個個成就非凡，諸如：2021年的第十七屆烏克蘭國際發明展金牌、大專校院專題製作榮獲教育部技職司最高榮譽、全國技專世界人體彩繪第一名、第二十九屆時報金犢獎榮獲三個優勝及2020年的大雪山飛羽風情萬種賞鳥大賽冠軍等。
此次成果發表會包括動態與靜態，展出主題包括：爭艷、糖霜餅乾彩繪、彌月之喜、白色雲朵、創藝Hakka、追尋自然之美、彩繪指甲、中西餐金牌得牌作品、烘焙類超級金牌作品、吃果籽拜樹頭、尋岸街工作室、烏克蘭國際發明、國際競賽髮型展、木黴菌對炭疽菌、準研究生培訓及奔赴鐵飯碗之路等。經由菁英輔導老師與學生的努力，現場展現競賽場域才能目睹的精彩過程，激勵同儕相互觀摩學習，不僅活絡校園學習環境，也達到自我肯定與多元學習成就。
環球科大沈健華校長表示，為培育這群優秀的菁英學生，學校為每位學生規劃個別套餐式的精心培訓，全力投入校內軟硬體資源，也協助菁英學生在經濟無虞環境中，精進其專業領域的成長，未來必能持續在國內外舞台大放異彩。透過這樣的訓練模式，能有效提升學生與未來就業職場的競爭力，也充分體現環球科大致力於扶植弱勢學子的辦學宗旨。
