影 / 高雄衛武全臺最大彩繪村　紀錄片訴說昔日蛻變

全臺最大的彩繪村，高雄衛武社區在地方的投入下，斑駁牆面華麗變身，在將近200面的彩繪外牆妝點下，現宛若一條樹木與藝文編織而成的綠色彩繪廊道，在紀錄片的鏡頭下，緩緩道出六年來衛武社區從老舊文教特區，注入回春藥結合「美的力量」，匯集25個國家、超過83名藝術家的大型壁畫創作，蛻變成「迷人又迷幻」之村，念舊又創新、活力又有朝氣。

苓雅區是高雄的首善之區，衛武里1981年從正義里獨立出來後，先後蓋好的台糖宿舍和國宅形成衛武社區，然而，社區和人一樣，隨著時間變老，社區和人口老化，斑駁老舊讓社區越顯冷清無力。從2016年開始，苓雅區用「藝文」作為社區的「回春藥」，一手催生苓雅國際街頭藝術節，以大型牆面彩繪作為「回春藥」第一劑，取名為「迷迷村」，寄託著「迷人且迷幻」之村的期待。

苓雅區公所、里長協同社區長輩，全民投入蛻變行動，從水溝、路面到街道，注入第二劑綠美化回春藥，使當地居民關係更為緊密，凝聚共好的意念。迷迷村匯集25個國家、超過83名藝術家的大型壁畫創作，累積超過187面彩繪牆壁，高大牆面的彩繪藝術畫作，屋瓦磚牆煥然一新，使老舊社區蛻變翻轉，如今是全臺灣最大的彩繪村，以優雅朝氣之姿登上國際舞台。

這些腳印和軌跡，都在導演楊宜武的鏡頭下，沒有錯漏。旁白在一幀幀歷史照片中，娓娓道出衛武里的昔日與蛻變，苓雅區公所今年特別拍攝紀錄片，並蒐集過去六年來的影像紀錄，用鏡頭留住社區翻轉的歷史時刻，成功的社區改造經驗展現了藝術與美的力量，同時呈現了居民的張力。絡繹不絕的遊客也不禁讚嘆，來趟迷迷村好似環遊世界一圈，不用出國就能遊覽世界各地。

微風輕輕吹拂，循著輕鬆步調，漫步衛武社區，宛如置身在開放式美術館中，穿梭街道巷弄，只要一轉身，時時感到驚喜、處處都有驚豔，高聳彩繪牆面外觀充滿繽紛童趣，令人忍不住駐足欣賞、拍照留念，留下愉悅又深刻的印象。西班牙藝術家Orbita期待著透過壁畫換上活力新衣，為人們傳達幸福快樂，為日常生活增添色彩、帶來歡樂和注入豐富想像力，加拿大籍藝術家JOSE也期許居民能對社區新外觀感到驕傲。

每年的苓雅國際街頭藝術節都在創新，新舊並存、念舊卻勇於創新，累積了豐厚的藝術能量，2016年催生了亞洲最高的畫、2017年MONTANA LOOKBOOK國際雜誌報導、2018年榮獲全球品牌管理協會「臺灣城鎮品牌形象設計經營獎」形象設計經營獎，此時，將結合2022台灣燈會元素，加入「光」的意象，讓活動成為台灣燈會回歸高雄的會前會亮點，加上今年完工嶄新的鐵路地下化綠園道原創彩繪專區，要給大家一個難忘的燈節。
