台南診所驚傳打錯疫苗！男子預約BNT卻被接種高端

▲台南市衛生局說明原委處置
議員質詢本市COVID-19疫苗合約醫療院所10月20日安排為一名男性市民接種BNT疫苗，卻誤接種成高端疫苗一事，該院所第一時間已向該位民眾說明此情形並通報衛生單位，本局請院所暫停接種作業，也持續督導院所追蹤、關懷該位民眾身體狀況，目前身體無不適。
經了解，該合約醫療院所因接種動線規畫不慎，導致民眾誤接種高端疫苗，對此本局將該院所停權，院所提出預防及改善措施後，方恢復提供COVID-19疫苗接種服務。
本局將會加強督導轄內合約醫療院所疫苗接種作業，工作人員接種疫苗時務必落實「三讀五對原則」，以避免接種誤失發生。
