2022直轄市長提名　陳其邁：只要透過民主程序都予以尊重

民進黨日前召開中執會通過「2022年直轄市長暨縣市長提名特別條例」，六都部分將由黨主席蔡英文親自徵召，高雄市長陳其邁對此表示，民進黨是一個民主政黨，我們權力最高的機構是全代會，在整個初選制度或拔擢候選人的部分也都行之有年，也會經過充分的討論，就制度的改變或不同階段不同的安排，只要透過民主的程序，他都予以尊重。

另外，國民黨打算要拿預算來究責城中城事件，陳其邁說，城中城是不幸的案件，相關的問題，甚至是整個最後最終處置的方案，都必須針對這些問題來積極面對，預算這個是攸關高雄的不管是整體城市發展，經濟的轉型，甚至是有一些涉及到一些很多公共服務的提供，所以把預算跟不幸的案件做連結，陳其邁希望議會能夠回歸理性，討論整個預算的編列是不是合理。

陳其邁指出，市府的預算編列跟經濟發展是息息相關，也有關公共安全，或者是對於整個公共服務提供也都有所關聯，陳其邁表示，甚至有一些中央的補助款，也跟很多的重大工程都有關，市府很擔心預算受到一些延宕，城中城事件國民黨打算要拿預算來究責，陳其邁則呼籲議會能夠就整個城市發展，來做整體考量，這樣才能照顧到高雄的全體市民。
