嘉義市2千振興消費金第二階段發放 黃敏惠：市民趕快領

嘉義市10月30、31日連續兩天，普發市民2千元振興消費金，今(5)日起為第二階段發放作業，可於指定時段至聯合里辦公處，或利用線上轉帳匯款等方式領取。市長黃敏惠特與媽媽前往長榮聯合里辦公處與民眾一起領2千元現金紅包，也提醒市民朋友把握機會趕快領取，並呼籲在地消費，要「拿出來花、拿出來用」！
黃敏惠指出，上週末連續兩天，嘉義市普發每位市民2千元振興消費金，初步統計約發放4億4千萬元，發放率高達84%；目前尚有16%的市民朋友尚未領取，可以利用11月每週五及週六共8天，於指定時間至聯合里辦公處，或線上轉帳匯款等方式辦理。
黃敏惠也透露，自己無法依通知單上的時段前往發放所，於是選擇在今天帶著媽媽，一起到戶籍地所屬之聯合里辦公處領取，親身體驗過領取過程，迅速又便捷，謝謝同仁的付出與努力，讓「幸福工程」順利進行，也呼籲市民朋友要在地消費，「拿出來花、拿出來用」，帶動嘉義市地方經濟，協助在地產業疫後振興、升級轉型。
民政處表示，第一階段尚未領取消費金的市民朋友，即日起的每週五、週六，上午9時至中午12時、下午2時至5時，請備妥通知單及相關證件，前往戶籍地所屬之聯合里辦公處領取。亦可利用轉帳匯款，轉帳申請表於市府官網、東西區公所官網、東西區戶政所官網下載填寫後，送戶籍地戶政事務所提出申請，預計12月20日後將消費金撥款入帳。消費金發放作業至11月27日止，若逾期未領取或申請轉帳者，視同放棄，將不再發給。
