高市五倍券提前調控達標　商圈夜市券第二波發放時間曝光

發放滿月高雄券助攻發威，百貨月收五倍券逼近去年三倍券半年金額

高雄市政府10月8日起推出「高雄開就賺」對接中央振興五倍券，針對百貨、旅宿及餐飲業者規劃高雄券，成功吸引振興券消費落地高雄，活動滿月已有數家百貨業提前達到經發局預估的目標，甚至有業者所收振興券業績已逼近去年三倍券使用期間半年累積總額。

高市經發局表示，因應第二波商圈夜市券、擴大振興夥伴行業及中央加碼，為讓有限振興資源對接更全面，將調控百貨業高雄券發送額度，但其他行業別申請不受影響，鼓勵業者繼續依照程序申請，也歡迎民眾持續開振興券賺高雄券。

「高雄開就賺」針對百貨業規劃使用紙本振興券單日消費滿5,000元，可兌換1,000元高雄券，活動起跑前經發局即根據各家百貨去年總營業額、所收三倍券金額占比等數據，推估今年振興券消費金額及高雄券分配數量，活動開始後則是逐日定時與各業者聯繫，取得每日高雄券帶動振興券消費狀況，業者需求與營業狀況，在總量管控原則下，動態調整配發數量。

經發局統計，「高雄開就賺」活動起跑才剛滿月，多數業者回報吸客成效驚人，不只一家業者一個月下來所收到的振興券金額，逼近去年三倍券活動半年期間累積總量，眼看高雄券吸客效益高，紛要求加碼增加供應額度，盼能持續拉抬業績。

經發局表示，「高雄開就賺」活動主要是要振興受疫情影響行業，除首波規劃的百貨、旅宿、餐飲及商圈夜市，隨疫情管制鬆綁，11月2日起也擴大振興夥伴納入疫情期間停業的KTV、釣蝦場及美容美髮和按摩業，同時全面對接中央部會的藝FUN、動滋、國旅、農遊、客庄等加碼券，消費達500元以上同樣可領取100元高雄券，盼能增加振興行業。

經發局強調，為讓高雄券對接更廣，將開始適度調控百貨業配發數量，百貨業者若提前達到預估目標，高雄券供應額度必要時將優先調整。

經發局也預告，眾所期待的第二波商圈夜市券，已確定會在11月29日至12月3日間發放，至於發放地點及方式，會針對首波兌領時狀況進行優化，盼能優先給未兌領過的民眾排隊領取，也歡迎各地民眾持續來高雄開振興券賺高雄券。
