高市備存COVID-19疫苗 未施打者請儘快預約

中央流行疫情指揮中心表示即日起各地方政府衛生局可視疫苗庫存、到貨與接種情形，指定、安排合約醫療院所，提供未於公費疫苗預約平臺預約的民眾，接種BNT或AZ疫苗，高雄市政府衛生局作亦同步規劃轄內合約院所開放民眾直接預約。
未施打的民眾可逕上衛生局全球資訊網 https://reurl.cc/r1ompZ 查詢合約院所看診時段，自行上醫療院所網站預約，亦可以電話向診所預約接種。
此次開放對象除先前已開放的高端可隨到隨打外，增加開放AZ疫苗第1劑18歲以上、第2劑18歲以上且接種AZ第1劑滿8週以上；BNT疫苗第1劑12歲以上、第2劑18歲以上且接種BNT第1劑滿4週以上；此外，醫療院所的孕婦專診亦持續提供孕婦接種疫苗服務，歡迎尚未完成接種的市民朋友多加利用。
衛生局提醒，18歲以上未滿20歲民眾，如自行前往接種，請持家長簽具之意願同意書，若由家長陪同前往接種，請本人與家長於現場共同簽署意願同意書始得接種。 接種流感疫苗應與COVID-19疫苗間隔至少7天，請民眾前往接種COVID-19第二劑疫苗前，應備妥黃卡及健保卡，並於接種前主動向醫師告知疫苗接種史，以利醫生評估。
