電腦桌剛買回家竟不翼而飛！婦人見警循線追查主動交還

台南市安南區尤姓女子於11月8日19時許，神情緊張走進南市警三分局長安派出所內，稱其於二手網站上購買的電腦桌，先放置在住家前騎樓，未料8日上午起床後，發現放置在騎樓前電腦桌竟然不見了，遂馬上調閱家裡監視器，並PO社群網站尋找有無網友線索後再至長安派出所報案。
警方根據尤女所提供住家監視器影像，沿途調閱監視器，進一步追查竊嫌跡證，而在調閱至鎮安五街時，突有一名林姓女子(52年次)上前詢問警方是否在找尋電腦桌，並主動坦承她以為該電腦桌是別人不要的物品，才把它撿回家，而在看到警方調閱監視器至她家附近時，主動向警方坦承犯案並將電腦桌交還，警方訊後也僅能依法將林女以有竊盜之嫌送辦。而尤姓女子對於警方積極查處，讓她剛買的電腦桌能失而復得，相當感動，並在社群網站上留言感謝。
南警三分局表示，長安派出所員警能秉持「有案必查、全力偵破」的精神，迅速找回民眾的電腦桌，積極辦案的態度，值得嘉許。另也呼籲民眾對於他人之物品，在未取得同意下，切勿擅自拿取，如因而觸犯刑法「竊盜罪」，恐將面臨五年以下有期徒刑、拘役或五十萬元以下罰金等刑罰。
