東港安泰醫院重新整頓再出發 接受疾管署詳細複檢合格 重回疫苗施打隊行列

東港安泰醫院於日前因疫苗混打誤打事，導致有88位民眾原本要打莫德納疫苗卻打成AZ疫苗，院方兩度向社會道歉，且由榮譽院長蘇清泉與副院長、策略長等相關人員親自到100位民眾家中拜訪道歉，並致贈慰問金5000元及營養品。
醫院進行內部檢討後，火速採購兩台國外進口的疫苗級冰箱，並在冰箱上明顯標示疫苗名稱，採分類存放， 藥劑師專人管控的原則，構建防錯機制，落實醫護人員 三讀五對的工作，今日疾病管制署及衛生局長官已到院稽核，確認硬體設施及人員作業SOP改善計畫後，預定開放第14期預約的疫苗施打作業。縣府衛生局對安泰醫院勇於認錯承担不委過，而且反應迅速、主動慰問民眾的處理方式表示肯定。
安泰醫院榮譽院長蘇清泉表示，協肋政府提升疫苗接種率是重要的任務，沒有時間悲傷喪志，責任由他扛起來，醫護人員要趕緊振作起來，從錯誤中學習，趕快回到疫苗施打的崗位上，加倍用心、細心的為鄉親服務。他也感謝疾病管制署及衛生局的協助與鼓勵，我們會讓鄉親感受到安泰醫院的誠心及蛻變。
對於蘇清泉院長此次第一時間上火線承擔責任，院內的醫護人員都深感暖心與感謝，尤其蘇院長完全沒有一句責罵的話語，還一直說需要什麼設備就馬上買，並且啟動員工關懷機制，贈送咖啡點心及慰問卡給相關人員，更讓人想哭又想笑。「有靠山的感覺真好」一名安泰的醫護這麼說道。
