▲六堆人鳴鼓弄獅迎三百 天后宮前獻香花
客家委員會副主任委員鍾孔炤暨來自高、屏六堆十二鄉區長與各領域代表於內埔鄉六堆天后宮前舉辦「鳴鼓弄獅再迎三百活動」，以「弄獅」、「接力擊鼓」等熱鬧儀式，同時向媽祖獻香花稟告11月20日將舉行「六堆300紀念大會」，期許六堆邁向無數個百年，並邀請全國民眾共同來參與六堆300文化慶典。
客委會副主委鍾孔炤表示，「六堆」在臺灣開發過程史上有著重要的意義，300年前高、屏六堆先民，為保衛家園成立「六堆」聯防組織；300年後，透過生活圈緊密的維繫，團結在一起的六堆客家人將自己的語言與文化代代傳承下來，保有高度的文化認同，也期望透過六堆三百的活動居民共同參與，藉以凝聚客庄的共識。位於屏東縣內埔的六堆天后宮，由當時的六堆大總理鍾麟江發起倡建媽祖廟，不僅有穩定六堆人心的力量，也是當時六堆義勇軍開會集結的重要場域，今日來自六堆各領域人士以舞客家獅、獻盤花向媽祖稟告，並以「接力擊鼓全心參與」方式一起高舉六堆堆旗展現六堆人團結精神，向全國民眾發出邀請於11月20日來內埔鄉的六堆紀念公園參加「六堆300紀念大會」，這種集結報到的方式，正呼應早期六堆先民為保衛家園在六堆天后宮集聚的團結精神。

這次也特別邀請到獲臺灣原創流行音樂大獎客語組首獎的六堆音樂人黃瑋傑今(15)日帶著內埔國小孩童合唱齊為六堆300創作的「南方繼行」創作曲，歌詞貫穿六堆300年過去與未來，全場民眾紛紛加入合唱，以共同成為六堆人而感到驕傲!
客家委員會表示，六堆300紀念大會系列活動將於11月19日至21日在六堆紀念公園登場，11月19日辦理「三聖地」請神安座，從先民豎旗的萬泉寺、祭祀先賢的忠義祠，最後來到在地居民信仰中心的六堆天后宮請神與祈福，希望藉由串聯三處文化聖地，向這段歷史致敬。11月20日紀念大會當天有植樹福後代、盤花敬神敬先民、客家大戲、六堆盡好展、客庄豐沛好物展、六堆職人工藝展演秀等六堆文化特色等系列活動。更多活動詳情可至客家委員會、六堆300粉絲專頁或u上FB搜尋「六堆300」查詢。
