新型H5N2禽流感來襲 國內首例｢禽｣員戒備

行政院農業委員會家畜衛生試驗所(家衛所)於11月21日通報雲林縣二崙鄉一肉鵝場檢出新型H5N2亞型高病原性禽流感病毒，雲林縣動植物防疫所(防疫所) 隨即對該場及周邊區域啟動各項防疫作為，並於本(22)日完成病禽清場及場區消毒各項防疫措施，籲請縣內養禽業者務必提高場內各項生物安全措施。
本次疫情所分離病毒與先前農委會執行禽流感野鳥監測工作，於雲林縣麥寮鄉死亡鴨隻所檢出及目前日韓爆發之病毒屬相同病毒型別，雲林縣縣長張麗善表示：本(110)年度雲林縣內高病原性禽流感案例迄今共計12場，相較往年，禽流感陽性檢出率大幅下降，且自本(110)年10月起，縣府相關單位啟動秋冬強化禽流感防疫相關措施，包含轄內家禽場健康調查、監測工作及擴大消毒作業等，防範禽流疫情爆發。
邇來天氣溫差較大，且已入候鳥北返季節，防疫所所長廖培志強力呼籲：此次檢出新的H5N2亞型高病原性禽流感病毒由候(野)鳥攜帶傳播機率高，縣內家禽業者務必提高場內各項生物安全措施，尤其是加強防鳥設施之完善及禽場(舍)環境之清潔消毒，並適時調整場內通風保溫設備，落實門禁管制、人車、場區、器械消毒等軟體生物安全工作，以防堵病毒入侵，同時若發現所飼養家禽有不明原因大量死亡等可疑案例，應立即通報鄉鎮市公所或防疫所，以及早處置防範禽流感疫情擴散。
