陳時中：跨年防疫可望放鬆 秋冬降級可能性不高

COVID-19疫情穩定，加上疫苗持續接種，中央流行疫情指揮中心指揮官陳時中24日表示，跨年活動防疫規定可望比去年寬鬆；但天氣轉涼病毒較活躍，秋冬時節降級可能性不高。
國內COVID-19（2019冠狀病毒疾病）疫情穩定趨緩，疫情警戒標準自7月27日起，從第3級降低至第2級，並一路維持至11月29日。
陳時中在疫情記者會上表示，時序進入秋冬，因氣候關係，病毒活性維持較久，因此秋冬降級的可能性不高，雖可能有些微防疫規定調整，但不會有大幅鬆綁情況。
媒體也提問跨年活動狀況，陳時中說，目前正在討論中，因今年本土疫情持續穩定，且比起去年，今年有COVID-19疫苗接種，等同多一層保護。
先前陳時中曾表示，希望年底時國內2劑疫苗接種人口涵蓋率達6成，屆時可達到相對較好的保護標準。陳時中說，今年跨年活動防疫規範會較為寬鬆，不會比去年嚴格。
媒體也詢問，美國彭博社（Bloomberg）統整過去的防疫韌性排行，我國最高從獲得第2名的評價，後來卻落後、最差跌至第31名，是最高與最低名次相差最多的國家之一。
對此陳時中表示，彭博社的防疫排行過去是考量疫情本身，因此我國在國際評比上相對較好；但如今列入經濟情況、邊境封鎖、飛機班次等方面考量，我國邊境管制相對嚴格，故分數相對落後。
