臺南市文化局於110年11月26、27日15時至21時及28日15時至19時在中西區海安路及河樂廣場辦理2021街頭藝術節，交通管制路段為海安路（民生路至尊王路）、中正路（海安路至康樂街單向車道）、河樂廣場東側，開閉幕式期間（27日15時至16時及28日17時至19時）中正路（海安路至康樂街）雙向道路封閉，另臺南市觀光旅遊局於110年11月27日16-21時、28日13-18時在本市中西區河樂廣場辦理2021城市音樂節，交通管制路段為中西區中正路（金華路至環河街）、環河街（民生路至金華新路）。
市府為紓解周邊道路交通人車潮，於27日14時至21時30分及28日12時至19時30分規劃從美術館二館、水交社文化園區及永華市政中心至活動現場免費接駁車，民眾可多加利用。另自行開車前往的民眾，可參考周邊停車場資訊如下：
一、汽車停車空間規劃於環河街停車場、海安路地下停車場、運河星鑽路外停車場、民生路停車場、嘟嘟房康樂友愛停車場等。
二、機車停車空間將規劃於中正派出所旁臨時免費公有停車場、民生路停車場、環河街臨時機車停車場、運河星鑽臨時停車場。
本次活動交通管制範圍，市警二分局提醒用路人配合提前改道，同時依交通疏導人員指揮行車及注意交通安全，並請參加遊客可以善用台南好停APP查詢周邊停車格，勿貪圖一時之便而違規停車以確保行車安全，警方也將針對活動會場周邊編排警力，維護交通順暢及安全秩序。
