影 / 假檢警老套詐騙約面交 警民合作逮捕車手

高市鳳山分局新甲派出所日前接獲報案，被害人林男(65歲)遭詐騙集團詐欺，對方以假檢察官身分，以電話告知被害人健保卡遭盜用詐領醫療費，被害人若不將帳戶內存款交付安全帳戶監管將移送法辦，但經查證若是清白會歸還，還以偵查不公開為由，威脅不得告訴任何人。
被害人不疑有他，依指示面交48萬元予犯嫌。後犯嫌食髓知味，又再度施以話術，要求被害人將所擁有之基金賣掉兌現，被害人驚覺有異，遂至新甲派出所諮詢有關與假檢察官聯繫事宜，經所長林明龍與警員高悟誠向其解釋溝通後，被害人才自知遭詐騙，並同意配合警方偵辦。
警方知悉後隨即協助被害人與詐騙集團斡旋，後詐騙集團再指示提領並交付新臺幣32萬元，經警方跟監埋伏，在鳳山區立志街當場查獲面交車手蘇男(20歲)，並查扣作案用手機1支、偽造臺北地方法院檢察署文書4張 ，成功攔阻詐騙，全案依詐欺、偽造文書罪移送高雄地檢署偵辦。
