迎接疫情後國旅大爆發，2022年阿里山日出印象音樂會因應活動品質及疫情考量，將以線上預約方式限量2,500名觀眾進場，預約民眾可於活動現場領取專業觀日太陽眼鏡、紀念口罩及精美紀念節目卡等20周年限量好禮，並額外加碼元旦當天在「慢遊嘉義」粉絲專頁線上觀看活動直播的民眾，就能抽限量紀念悠遊卡及馬克杯，一起迎接2022年阿里山第一道曙光。
「阿里山日出印象音樂會」歡慶20周年，111年元旦清晨5點半將在阿里山國家森林遊樂區祝山觀日平台舉行，邀請國際聲樂家南韓歐巴丁一憲、花腔女高蔣啟真、鄒族美聲藍色楓葉，搭配由指揮家江靖波率領樂興之時管絃樂團50人團隊進行2小時演出，在海拔約2485公尺高山上，以溫暖樂聲陪伴民眾歡樂迎接2022年第一道曙光。
嘉義縣長翁章梁表示，每年元旦都會舉辦高品質的阿里山高山音樂會來迎接新年第一道曙光，3天連假誠摯邀約民眾來阿里山聽音樂感受日出雲海之外，也能走走嘉義其他經典景區，包括大埔鄉遊湖、鄒族部落文化體驗、奮起湖老街鐵道、隙頂雲瀑琉璃光、太平雲梯茶鄉步道、故宮南院體驗國寶、新港奉天宮媽祖文化、布袋東石品嚐海鮮，保證讓你來嘉就不想回家。
文化觀光局長許有仁指出，阿里山日出印象音樂會是全台最經典的活動之一，為迎接20周年，曲目特別設計了古典、國台語及鄒族四大經典曲目，絕對讓你意猶未盡。活動適逢連假，提醒參加日出印象音樂會的民眾，在森林遊樂園區外台18線89K-95K設有臨時停車位及活動接駁車，也請民眾要注意行車安全，絕對不要疲勞駕駛。更多活動詳情請上「慢遊嘉義」臉書、嘉義縣文化觀光局官網。
