為使民眾更能深入了解四大公投的內容，民進黨市議員參選人林建南，5日晚上6時30分，在台南市海安商圈（海安路、尊王路口）舉辦一場別開生面的布袋戲「公投」說明會，因為「笑」果十足，吸引許多民眾冒著寒風觀賞聆聽
民進黨市議員參選人林建南，特別規畫一場以四大公投為主題的布袋戲演出，戲中的主角將四個不同意的優缺點以詼諧逗趣的對白演繹，同時也反串在野黨知名人士的言論，令在場觀看的民眾捧腹大笑。

林建南指出，公投綁大選，除造成人力與時間上的耗費外，無法有效列舉出有何好處。為使台灣的未來永續，希望大家在12月18日公投一定要用理性投下「四個不同意」，讓未來台灣的子孫可以在平安且便利的環境下共存成長。
