為推廣雲林縣在地故事，並推廣影視，雲林縣政府新聞處主辦「110年公用頻道影片徵件，在眾多優質作品中．由何婷婷拍攝《北港女兒》的作品，以故事性角度摹寫雲林特色及文化，博得評審青睞，一舉摘獲冠軍，獲15萬元獎金。

雲林縣長張麗善表示，今年主題為「被定格後的世界」，是因疫情帶給生活許多變化，希望透過參賽者的創意，帶大眾感受不一樣的雲林。本次四部影片，內容多元精采，包含何婷婷《北港女兒》，描述因為疫情關係隻身回到北港女子，格格不入的生活讓她倍感壓力，準備藝閣慶典的外婆也因疫情影響而煩惱憂慮，突如其來的大停電，意外展開一場奇幻的冒險旅程，也巧妙的帶領觀眾，以輕鬆愉悅的心境品味雲林。

《北港女兒》創作者何婷婷表示，能獲得這冠軍獎項非常開心，雖然自己是彰化人，因緣際會，在疫情之前正拍攝北港藝閣文化的紀錄片，拍攝期間就萌生劇情片的方式呈現，很感謝雲林公用頻道，給我這個機會讓我的夢想成真，採劇情形式再現藝閣的風采，也很鼓勵大家多來雲林玩，因為來到雲林拍片才發現，雲林有很多值得走踏、認識的一些角落。
新聞處長羅處長表示，今年特別邀請上一屆冠軍導演王俊仁出席頒獎，也象徵「薪火傳承」的意義，希望透過一棒接一棒，讓每位創作人，都能成為雲林文化的重要推手，同時也能鼓勵民眾投入影像創作，運用影音來詮釋在地故事，發掘雲林之美。
