藝人趙薇和黃勃於2014年主演的真人真事改編電影《親愛的》，以2007年發生的4歲男童遭拐賣事件為原型，上映後就引發社會關注。如今，相隔14年，故事的主角終於被找到，但他卻不願意回到親生父母身邊，他認為「不管哪一邊都是自己的父母親，現在也分不清楚是哪一邊比較重要」，讓各界相當不諒解。
現年18歲的孫姓高中生和親生父母相認後，表示「感覺很對不起父母，就算我被人販子給拐走了，也有部分錯在我這，太容易相信別人，才會導致後面這一切的悲劇發生」，但他卻表示不願意和親生父母回家，引來不少罵聲，認為他這樣相當不孝，對此，他解釋「不管哪一邊都是自己的父母親，現在也分不清楚是哪一邊比較重要，目前決定還是待在養父母身邊，有空的時候就會回親生父母家團聚」。
對此，他的親生母親出面哭訴表示，除了相認那一天外，兒子到現在都沒有回家過，就連自己傳訊息要關心，都遭到「拉黑」（封鎖）。她接著表示「我只是想像一個朋友那樣關心一下，但現在都只能從養母那得知兒子情況」，至於養父母是否是透過人口販子購買孩子，孫卓的親生父母表示不打算再追究，畢竟對方確實對孫卓很好，但同時也希望兒子的態度能有些轉變，不要拒他們於門外。
