嘉義縣阿拔泉山稜線步道今（9）日正式啟用剪綵，步道全線位於竹崎鄉緞繻村，自樟腦寮沿著阿拔泉山稜線到其三角點，因沿著山稜線修築，所以步道沿線視野極佳，天氣晴朗時最遠可眺望嘉義、雲林沿海及台灣海峽，美不勝收，歡迎登山健行愛好者來嘉一遊。
文化觀光局指出，去年向交通部觀光局提案「體驗觀光-地方旅遊環境營造計畫」，獲准核撥經費1840萬元進行修建，步道全長1470公尺，爬升366公尺（平均坡度約25%），依據國家公園步道系統難度分級屬第2級，民眾可自獨立山步道出發，繞行太紅公路（紅南坑往太平），再至阿拔泉山稜線步道下山，除可欣賞沿線美麗豐富的山林和自然生態外，還能遠眺開闊的平原美景。

文觀局長許有仁說，「2021嘉遊好步道」專案特別邀請尼克（台灣）、Allan（英國）、阮秋姮（越南）和吳俊星（印尼）等4位不同國籍網紅，透過華語、英語、越南語及印尼語等多語推廣，盼除了本地民眾來走步道，也讓更多新住民朋友前來，增添休閒樂趣。
今日剪綵儀式，縣長翁章梁、議長夫人黃瓊賢、竹崎鄉長曾亮哲、縣議員詹黃素蓮、何子凡、張貴忠、文觀局長許有仁等各界地方人士共襄盛舉，許多登山客慕名而來，現場也擺設茶席、咖啡席讓來賓一同享用，翁章梁帶眾人爬步道，欣賞美景，下來後在茶席喝杯茶，享受愜意山色天光。
翁章梁表示，嘉義最有名獨立山步道，現在把阿拔泉山稜線步道建立起來，花費1840萬，總長1470公尺，連結獨立山步道，也因為建立在稜線上，所以攀登難度有點高，坡度有點陡，但稜線風景優美，對登山客，阿拔泉山稜線步道的興建可以看到更多美景，希望鄉親可以一起來親近大自然，嘉義縣有最美的山景，放鬆身心靈。
