嘉市議員戴寧不服遭羈押 委任律師今遞狀提抗告
嘉義市議員戴寧涉嫌以人頭詐領助理費逾500萬元，嘉義地院昨（13）日重開羈押庭，認為戴寧有串證等情形，裁定羈押禁見，戴寧不服，其委任律師陳澤嘉於今（14）日早上約9點半向嘉義地院遞狀提出抗告。

嘉義地方法院法官兼發言人洪裕翔表示，預計今天就會將抗告的卷證送至台南高分院。
