未登記工廠納管登記完成 業者下一步別忘了這麼做

未登記工廠納管登記已於日前截止，台南市共計有2,741家未登記工廠提出納管申請，目前正在審核申請資料，核准者已有942家，另外臨時工廠申請轉特定工廠計773家，已核准752家，南市府經發局指出，已通過納管工廠應提出工廠改善計畫，未符合納管之未登記工廠若持續營運，一經查獲會先處勒令停工，再次查獲將會斷水斷電，最後期限在明年3月19日。

經發局表示，已核准納管的未登記工廠依規定須於明年3月19日前提出工廠改善計畫，計畫內容包含消防、環保、水保及廢(污)水處理及排放等改善措施，經發局特別提供補助經費，每1工廠為單位，補助規劃費用50%，最高以2萬元為限，市府也會持續透過辦理說明會及輔導團協助等多元措施下，協助廠商辦理。
後續經發局將盡快進行審查，同時亦有委請專業輔導團提供諮詢服務，包含現場訪視、專業諮詢、納管補正資料與改善計畫及後續用地變更諮詢等，歡迎有需要的業者可以多加申請，未來將持續輔導業者，加速工廠合法化，洽詢專線可洽經濟發展局工商行政科(06-3901358、06-6354648)或輔導團專線(06-6325855)。
