《隱形冠軍》台灣半導體產業邁向先進製程缺不了他　家登精密工業深耕台南

家登精密工業從傳統模具開始創業，由塑膠外殼模具CNC加工轉型，跨入半導體產業，為客戶提共光罩傳載解決方案，目前已經是全球極紫外光光罩盒（EUV POD）的最大供應商，全球市占率超過7成，客戶包括台積電及美國半導體大廠，家登精密生產重心大半在南部，全台500多位員工有3、400人都在台南，雖然從台北發跡，但董事長邱銘乾不諱言，家登可說是台南在地企業。

成立於1998年的家登精密，在2000年時切入半導體前段製程設備、零件領域，2001年通過台積電認證，是台積電首家黃光微影製程用零組件本土供應商，也是半導體前段黃光微影製程光罩保護、傳送及儲存解決方案的領導廠。

隨著台積電等大廠南下布局，家登精密在2010年進駐南科，2016年再擴大產能，遷入樹谷園區，公司員工近8成都在台南上班，未來南科園區二期、三期計畫啟動後，也將加碼投資。

家登精密是全台唯一獲選國際18吋半導體設備、國際標準規格制訂廠商，並獲得大廠英特爾投資，此外也是全球半導體曝光機龍頭廠艾司摩爾（ASML）的EUV光罩盒供應商及曝光機零組件夥伴。

家登精密主要產品包括光罩傳載類、晶圓傳載類、機台設備等，其中光罩傳載類產品包括光罩盒、光罩儲存盒等，主要功能為儲存及傳送光罩；晶圓傳載類產品包括6吋晶圓傳送盒、8吋晶舟、8吋晶舟盒及12吋晶舟盒，主要應用在晶圓出貨至封裝廠使用；機台設備類產品包括光罩清洗機、強光燈等，另外也提供光罩清洗服務。

家登精密在半導體產業供應鏈扮演重要角色，在研發半導體先進製程載具之產品過程，提升生產製程自動化、智能化檢測及生產履歷分析等能力，可大幅降低50％成本、提升20％產品生產量率；此外，近年透過「家登精密AS9100D航太認證計畫」計畫補助，順利通過AS9100D航太認證，公司運用精密加工優勢技術，去年起正式跨足航太產業。

曾經是鴻海集團董事長郭台銘的子弟兵，董事長邱銘乾不但有學習自郭董的創業家精神，也相當照顧旗下員工，由於南科帶動周邊房市發展，買房成本不斷拉高，他推出「家登員工成家計畫」，在台南善化買下200多坪土地，正在興建集合式住宅，將開放給表現優異、願意公司長期服務的員工優先承購，是真真正正的深耕台南。
