《隱形冠軍》自己蓋的最安心 甲級營造廠利宇實業 新吉工業區開發推手

新吉工業區是台南市升格直轄市後開發的首座工業區，也是全台汙水零排放工業區首例，2018年全區道路通車啟用後，廠商陸續進駐，工業區服務中心建築還獲得卓越建築獎、銀級綠建築標章，整體規劃深受廠商好評，開發商甲級營造廠利宇實業功不可沒，而利宇實業興建中的新廠房也在新吉工業區，最快明年就能啟用，未來還將興建旅店，解決商務客及外籍移工住宿的問題。

2013年創立的利宇實業在業界中算是年輕人，但母企業彩鴻實業來頭可不小，是台灣最專業的號牌製造商，舉凡車牌、門牌、交通標誌、台電電桿牌、瓦斯檢驗標牌、路標、公車站牌等都是彩鴻的產品，市佔率超過8成以上，民眾一抬頭，看到的可能就是該公司的產品，堪稱是隱形冠軍。
既然有穩定的業績，又為何要成立營造廠呢？公司第二代李韋銘、方怡文夫妻檔說，之前彩鴻承接過營造廠的業務，是負責道路標牌的承包商，屬於工程最後收尾的部分，沒想到最後卻被倒帳，因此決定自己跳下來做，而且有過慘痛經驗，經營上更加用心，廠房、倉儲、土地都是自有，承接政府標案跟BOT工業區開發案就占9成營收，財務穩健是利宇實業發展的重中之重。

38歲的李韋銘其實學的是食品營養，為接下家中事業，他就讀研究所，充實本職學能，30歲不到就以業務承辦人身分在外奔波，相關業界的線上負責人，對李韋銘來說都是父執輩，他「不會的就學、就問」，誠懇態度讓人留下深刻印象，「叔叔、伯伯」們不藏私，都把他當自家孩子栽培，也讓利宇實業在短期內打下良好基礎。
利宇實業業績漸趨穩定，公司為全面發展，先後添購各型機具設備，以利工程施作，更在2015年接下新吉工業區整體開發案，這也是利宇實業接下的首個大型工業區開發案，從道路設置、服務中心、汙水廠、配水池等，都出自利宇之手，鑑於對自我品質的信賴，更決定買下新吉工業區的土地，設置廠辦。

不只如此，台南市的重要建設也多能看見利宇的身影，包括台南市第125期長安（一）自辦市地重劃工程、曾文溪排水十二佃疏洪箱涵新建工程等，為南市基礎建設貢獻心力，其他還有景觀導覽、地景藝術、自行車道、入口意象等工程，專業度及執行力深受各機關單位肯定。
未來不只新廠辦落腳新吉工業區，利宇實業還將在新吉工業區產二區塊興建旅店，預計可提供1,300人的住宿需求，讓廠商的外籍移工能夠集中住宿管理，改善宿舍不足或在外租屋衍生的相關問題，商務客也能就近休息，而1樓將以賣店模式招商經營，導入多元化餐飲業，另外還有運動場館的規劃，讓園區的生活機能更趨完善。
