楠梓產業園區正式動土 陳其邁：2年後到高雄第一站就是台積電

台積電即將進駐，被視為高雄市產業轉型、建構半導體產業鏈關鍵樞紐的楠梓產業園區今（7）日舉行園區動土典禮，現場冠蓋雲集，行政院長蘇貞昌說，高雄在台灣經濟起飛過程中承受許多辛苦，未來台積電進駐後，高雄將飛躍前進；高雄市長陳其邁則說，以前到高雄的第一站是中油高煉廠，2年後就是台積電。

高雄楠梓產業園區動舉行動土典禮，行政院長蘇貞昌南下與高雄市長陳其邁一同主持典禮，另外還有經濟部長王美花、行政院政委兼發言人羅秉成、國科會主委吳政忠、中油董事長李順欽、台積電晶圓廠營運副總經理王英郎及相關產業鏈關鍵大廠代表，如荷商艾司摩爾、美商英特格、德商默克與日商華爾卡等人共同見證，褐地如何重生，轉型為高科技園區。
蘇貞昌致詞時指出，高雄在經濟起飛時期受到非常多環境衝擊，高雄鄉親數十年來為台灣做出巨大貢獻，蔡總統提「大南方」就是要讓國土均衡發展，讓曾經辛苦努力貢獻的人也能飛躍前進。

蘇貞昌說，從前市長陳菊打下基礎，在陳其邁衝刺下，5G AIoT、亞洲新灣區都快速前進，楠梓產業園區是當年重工業留下土地，在陳其邁擘畫、中央大力支持、中油全力配合下，將有台積電進駐。行政院去年4月也通過將南科整個科學園區設在高雄，從經費到相關作業，中央絕對全力支持，「高雄一定會飛躍前進、一定會更美麗」。
陳其邁表示，高雄過去從農業轉向工業，中油五輕的舊廠址迎來台積電進場，象徵高雄再一次華麗轉身；相信未來楠梓產業園區、橋頭科學園區、路科以及南科，加上周邊工業區，將成為全球最有競爭力和活力的半導體產業聚落。
高雄市政府經發局長廖泰翔表示，楠梓產業園區所在地為中油高雄煉油廠舊址，市府已和台積電完成簽約，目前園區內道路、滯洪池等公設已申辦開工，動土後台積電建廠將可併同動工，預計2024年開始營運；園區各項環保相關議題，市府會嚴格監督，與台積電以最嚴謹的態度面對環境生態議題。
