《隱形冠軍》隆順綠能科技要做永續循環專家 舊衣回收再製成燃料轉廢為能

根據統計，台灣每年丟棄的舊衣就有7萬多公噸，但真正能夠回收再利用的只占其中的不到3成，剩下的必須焚燒或掩埋處理，對環境會有汙染疑慮，但這些廢棄物其實可以再生利用，甚至取代燒煤發電，大大減少碳排放；位於台南柳營科技工業區的隆順綠能科技，就擁有魔術師般的環保技術，能將這些舊衣再製成回收燃料SRF（Solid Recovered Fuel, SRF），提供國內大廠使用，在循環經濟及綠能新創上，扮演重要的角色。

「什麼是SRF？」SRF是固體再生燃料，由塑料與生質物（如廢紙、木材、其他木質纖維廢棄物）等非有害且具適燃性物質回收轉製，具有低環境衝擊、低燃料成本、並可應用於高能源效率鍋爐及燃燒設施等三大優勢，相較於煤炭，SRF作為燃料更能達成減碳之效，目前歐盟正積極推動SRF運用，提供電力、水泥、造紙、焚化爐等相關製造業作為替代燃料，可說是未來趨勢。
隆順綠能科技成立於2017年，公司團隊核心的5人小組包括執行長陳俊宇、行銷長陳俊豪是兄弟、與技術長葉芮欖在高科大博士班是同學，廠長陳佑任負責機器設備，財務長曾皇霖是「痞客邦」創辦人，他們全都是7年級生，看準環保趨勢、毅然創業，這間今年才邁入第5年的公司，目前最大客戶還是投入造紙已經有72年歷史的永豐餘集團。

隆順綠能科技在2020年取得SRF認證，也是全台第一家，執行長陳俊宇說，隆順透過專利技術將舊衣纖維製成燃料棒，可替代煤炭燃燒發電，在熱值（燃燒時產生熱量）上幾乎是完全一樣，碳排量減少3成5左右，燃燒後的底渣更是只有煤炭的10分之1，可說是新世代的減排、潔淨能源，在歐美減碳政策全面上路、台積電等指標產業開始強調綠色採購的狀況下，深具市場發展潛力。
尤其在新冠疫情爆發後，台灣處理廠無法像以往一樣，將舊衣輸出到孟加拉、巴基斯坦、及印度等國家，也正是隆順派上用場的時刻，陳俊宇說，隆順可將收回的舊衣按照材質分類，並依據客戶需求供應不同硬質、大小的燃料棒，提供客製化一站式服務，讓舊衣經過機器破碎、壓縮，最後製成工業用鍋爐的燃料，不僅對環境友善，又能達到永續循環經濟的效益。

目前隆順綠能除了處理廢衣外，也持續拓展廢料再利用業務，每月可生產3000噸的SRF，產能幾近滿載，正規畫籌設案二廠，以提供更多有需求的廠商，未來更計畫以模組化技術授權設廠方式，把成功經驗輸出到海外，協助有需要的地方回收廢棄物然後處理再利用，以「永續循環專家」的定位，為全球環境保護貢獻更大的心力。
