《隱形冠軍》研磨加工精細追求無止境 崇渼精密要挑戰業界NO.1

透過齒輪的磨合、輪軸的作動，機器轟隆隆不停地運轉，才能生產出大眾使用的產品，但大部分的人可能不知道，從製造業、模具業、營建業、科技業、航太業到食品產業等等無所不包的專業製程中，「研磨加工」扮演著相當重要的角色，沒有這些相關產業在背後默默付出，生產技術及產品品質的提升，可能都得走上一條漫長道路、又或者只是紙上談兵，因此研磨加工可說是產業升級的無名英雄，而位於台南新吉工業區的崇渼精密，更是其中的後起之秀。

崇渼精密成立於2016年，負責人黃信夫看起來也相當年輕，但其實他已經是企業第3代，公司最早是1972年由他阿公創立的東泰機械廠，一開始專精於機械設備的設計與製造，包括生產熱水瓶內膽及鍋體製造自動熨板機、自動模仿裝置車床（NC機械前身）以及機械零件研磨加工等。
1989年時東泰機械廠新增服務範圍，包括機械零件內外徑研磨代工，主要產品是塑膠射出、押出機械設備零件加工製作，2000年添購立式研磨機、內孔搪磨機，跨足工具機設備、模具、食品、化妝品填充機械零件加工製作，2005年時就具備營建機械零件、航太產業治具零件的製作能力。

黃信夫指出，研磨加工的相關產業持續增加，為了提升競爭力，在新吉工業區開設新廠辦，成立崇渼精密，升級研磨加工的處理精度，古語有云「差之毫釐、失之千里」，黃信夫說，這句話用在這個產業再適合不過，但科技日新月異，現在也已經不是用毫米就能解決的，崇渼精密的研磨精度，甚至可達到0.001mm，也就是「微米」的程度，也因此在業界有「難題解決者」的稱號，可見技術鑽研之深。
以往研磨加工的行業，總給人「黑手機械工」的感覺，崇渼精密可不一樣，為了做出客製化產品的精細程度，在廠區耗資逾千萬，打造恆溫空調及潔淨的工作空間，可媲美機械展示廳等級，另外工廠主體建物基樁打到26公尺深，還做了3層制震防震，廠房基地也挑高避免淹水，堪比高科技業水準，因此從台積電等級的晶圓產業，到智慧機械的工具機、乃至於關係食安問題的鮮乳生產機械，都能給客戶相應的服務，更別說大型機械的零組件，從小到大都難不倒崇渼精密。
「鑽研技術的道路上沒有止境」，企管出身的黃信夫說這句話時，更像個實事求是的理工人，未來公司將朝著專業研磨加工製程的方向不斷精進，要替客戶提供機械零件全製程全面性服務，在精製化及客製化兩種面向上，挑戰業界NO.1的不可能任務。
