《隱形冠軍》工業安全面罩專業製造商 得森科技產品成防疫尖兵

位於台南市安南區的得森科技，產品線以工業安全面罩及光學鏡片開發、製造為主，雖然成立迄今僅有7年時間，但其兼具專業度及客製化設計的服務，贏得許多海外客戶的青睞，MIT製造的高品質，更與一般以價制量的低階市場做出區隔，近年Covid-19疫情肆虐全球，得森科技製造的防毒面具經過改裝後，成為更具病毒防護力的呼吸器，在全球疫情治療中扮演重要角色，可說是另類台灣之光，未來得森將進駐新吉工業區，計畫進軍醫療產業，並推出自有品牌。

年僅33歲的黃品璁是得森科技的掌舵手，父親經營金屬加工業也有27年歷史，公司主要以代工為主，台大機械系畢業的他從小看到大，對於台廠的代工模式深有感觸，讓他一度想到德國、日本的機械廠上班，學習設計專業，最後仍然選擇回到故鄉台南。
黃品璁一開始打算接案設計，但開模、打樣等都得找外廠配合，在質量、交期及費用上經常無法符合要求，不服輸的他決定通通自己做，向朋友工廠收購一部二手塑膠射出機就開始創業路，一開始走得並不順遂，自嘲前幾年都在「空轉」，後來鎖定路線，專研工業安全產品，精選原料來源、提升加工水準，逐漸做出口碑，現在廠內大大小小機械已經有20部，員工還都在冷氣房作業，顛覆製造業給人「黑手」的印象。

2019年Covid-19疫情剛剛爆發，黃品璁嗅到商機，增開專業護目鏡產線，並加入防霧功能，後來疫情蔓延全球，海外訂單大量湧入，雖然利潤不高，但對提昇公司知名度大有助益，2020年時得森科技也回饋社會，捐贈2萬副護目鏡給台南市政府及中央流行疫情指揮中心，黃品璁說，其實陳時中在記者會上戴過的護目鏡，就是很多台廠的外銷產品，得森科技也是其中一家。
其實跟上時事的產品不只護目鏡，原本定期交貨廠商的防毒面具，因為疫情，在黃品璁的建議下更改部分設計，改裝為全罩式的呼吸器，實際運用後，提升確診者治療品質及醫護人員安全性，也成為得森近年來的主力產品；而僵持不下的烏俄戰爭，也讓軍規鏡片的交貨持續增加，對此黃品璁顯得有點不好意思，畢竟和平還是比戰爭好。

由於原有廠區已趨飽和，為了擴增產能，得森科技相中鄰近的新吉工業區，並透過中小企業加速投資行動方案，斥資2.8億元建置新廠，目前正在新建中，預計最快明年投產，員工數目將由現在的70人增加到200人，並計畫設置醫療衛材產線，開闢無菌生產空間，並打造自創品牌，讓產業再次升級。
