嘉義縣產業廊帶啟動  中埔、水上產業園區同日動土

因應台商回台設廠用地需求，提供產業發展空間，經濟部規劃中南部總計9處台糖土地，開發為「只租不售」的產業園區，其中位於嘉義縣的中埔及水上的兩個園區，今日分別舉行動土典禮，行政院蘇貞昌院長、嘉義縣長翁章梁等人親自蒞臨持金鏟動土，現場有許多鄉親一同參與，為地方盛事共襄盛舉。

為因應台商用地需求，嘉義縣政府與在地立委陳明文、蔡易餘，共同爭取在中埔及水上設置產業園區，分別於今年六月及七月核定設置，今舉辦動土典禮，並邀請行政院長蘇貞昌、行政院秘書長李孟諺、行政院政務委員黃致達、嘉義縣長翁章梁、立法委員陳明文、立法委員蔡易餘、中埔鄉長李碧菁、水上鄉長劉敬祥與各級民意代表參與，現場由工業局長連錦漳帶來簡報，為眾人說明產業園區規劃。

中埔產業園區位於嘉義縣中埔鄉，面積67.55公頃，緊鄰嘉義市區，交通便利且區位條件良好，規劃引進金屬製品製造、電子零組件製造、機械設備製造及食品製造，年產值可達216億元，創造5000個以上就業機會；水上產業園區位於嘉義縣水上鄉，面積79.56公頃，緊鄰台1線及台82線，良好的交通區位可迅速連結周邊的嘉義科學園區及馬稠後產業園區，為嘉義縣帶來6000個就業機會，創造254億元的產值。

行政院長蘇貞昌表示，中埔及水上二個園區是經濟部因應台商用地需求，其中第1優先核定的產業園區，嘉義縣政府近年在翁章梁縣長團隊的努力下，除了這兩個園區外，還有嘉義科學園區，亞洲無人機AI創新應用研發的示範場域以及民雄的航太中心等相關產業，未來藉由這兩個園區的開發完成，相互支援馬稠後產業園區及嘉義科學園區，以軟帶硬整合產業，讓嘉義縣的產業發展向前一大步。

翁章梁縣長指出，感謝中央各單位及行政院的大力支持，未來園區開發完成後，必能帶來地方的經濟發展，增加年輕人的就業機會。同時也非常感謝陳明文委員與蔡易餘委員，這兩處產業園區皆是兩位委員向中央大力爭取而來，才能用快速時間完成規劃，並順利在今天動土，期望後續能看見產業園區順利運作，讓農工大縣能夠往更好的方向前進。
