11月計畫到首爾旅遊的民眾要注意了！11月9日起，首爾地鐵預計將展開罷工行動，交通將受到衝擊。
根據《韓聯社 》報導，首爾交通公社工會10月18日舉行記者會預告，11月9日將進行罷工行動，首爾地鐵1號線至8號線都將受到影響。
根據報導，勞資雙方爭議源於資方計畫在2026年之前減少13.5%員工，以改善巨額赤字。工會強調，過度縮減人力可能對安全問題造成衝擊，且會影響服務的品質，要求資方撤回方案，勞資雙方持續協商。
日前，工會以73.4%的贊成率通過罷工。若接下來勞資雙方無法達成協議，工會將依照與協議進行罷工，維持基本的運行率（1號線53.5%、5至8號線79.8%、假日1至8號線為50%)，盡量減少對市民的不便。
