喧騰多時的台南「腐城」正副議長賄選案持續延燒！台南地院於前（9）日認為聲押李文俊為無理由，將被告釋放。台南地檢署今（11）日表示，檢察官補強證據後，昨（10）日晚間針對李文俊被請回的處分提出抗告，台南高分院表示目前審理中。 截止目前，整起案件已有民進黨前中執委郭再欽、李文俊密友黃怡萍、台南市區漁會理事長林士傑、無黨籍議員黃麗招以及圓山國際開發集團的總裁楊志強，共5人被收押禁見。

檢察官補強證據後，昨（10）日晚針對李文俊被請回的處分提出抗告。

台南市區漁會理事長林士傑日前被收押禁見，他的女兒、新科議員林依婷也因父親的爭議行徑遭炎上。有網友宣稱林士傑疑涉台南魚市場離奇失火案，運用黑勢力介入漁會。該名網友也指出林依婷出社會第一份工作就是台南市政府副發言人。針對網友的爆料，林依婷在臉書上發文表示已向該名網友提告，並解釋自己的第一份工作是市政府5職等的科員，扣掉公保實領只有三萬多，絕非坐領十幾萬高薪。
