亞果深耕澎湖 接軌國際指日可待

亞果集團旗下「亞青海洋文創」董事長黃裕庭，14日上午11時在青灣仙人掌公園舉行園區啟用暨青炙燒烤餐廳開幕活動。
此外，亞果集團董事長侯佑霖親自來澎接待賴峰偉縣長等與會來賓，並導引貴賓參觀園區建設及特色景觀，其誠意與熱忱獲得高度肯定。
侯佑霖董事長感謝縣長賴峰偉、副議長陳雙全、馬公市長葉竹林、民政處長許智富、建設處長王鏘魁、旅遊處長陳美齡、市代會主席許國政、副主席陳永澎、市代表吳志宏、嵵裡里長蔡武童、社區理事長陳登有蒞臨指導，與會者都認為亞果深耕澎湖、接軌國際指日可待。

黃裕庭董事長表示，亞果集團投資澎湖是公司的榮幸與責任，這幾年來積極投入青灣仙人掌公園、亞澎遊艇碼頭、澎湖國際潛水中心（PIDC）、大山營區旅宿等重大建設案，在縣府、議會、市公所、代表會及嵵裡鄉親支持協助下，已陸續展現建設成果，為澎湖觀光旅遊增添更多亮點。
黃裕庭指出，亞青海洋文創107年標下澎湖青灣50年BOT開發營運權，規劃開發40棟「希臘克里特島」式渡假VILLA，預估113年起陸續完工；雖然近兩年受到新冠疫情影響，但公司也陸續投入2千萬經費，完成園區環境和基礎設施，明年更會進行大規模整建，包括景觀、植栽等都已有完整計畫，還聘請專業團隊執行國際級整體規劃。
黃裕庭提及亞果在澎湖的BOT、ROT案建設成果，曾於109年8月榮獲財政部「最佳績優招商縣市」，讓澎湖縣政府獲得促參獎勵金3,700萬元，這就是亞果努力落實建設案的最佳實證；未來幾年，亞果絕對會做好該做的事，期盼各界持續支持協助，共同發展澎湖的觀光產業。
黃裕庭有信心串聯臺灣本島與澎湖之間海陸旅遊行程，促使海洋旅遊渡假產業更臻完善，吸引國內外遊客享受不同風情的頂級海洋旅遊行程，提升澎湖觀光能見度及旅遊產業經濟。
青灣園區位於澎湖西南隅，佔地18公頃，最高海拔37公尺，三面環海景色優美，地理位置和型態與希臘克里特島相似；站上制高點，放眼望去一片無際海景，夕陽西下時海平面餘暉閃耀如天空雲朵，海連著天倒映出彩霞令人陶醉。
此外，青灣園區不僅擁有特殊柱狀玄武岩自然景觀，也完整保留日治時期軍事營舍、觀測臺、砲臺碉堡、彈藥庫和多樣性特色植物，旅客不但可欣賞到豐富的自然生態，還可看到歷史遺留下來的珍貴遺跡，值得一遊。
