高市13筆優質建地15日開標 總底價近17億

高市府地政局今年度第4季開發區土地標售，共計推出10標13筆優質建地，訂於110年12月15日開標，合計總底價16億7361萬4394元。
第87期重劃區位於省道台1線旁，鄰近捷運南岡山站，擁有完善的道路系統、多處公園綠地及毗鄰醒村懷舊文化景觀建築群，周遭還有購物廣場、影城、醫院、婚宴會館等大型開發案，生活機能完善。地政局繼前幾季推出土地標售造成熱烈搶標後，本季再精選1筆面積約895坪土地，臨介壽路及鵬程東一路，附近有岡山文化中心、兆湘國小、公5、公16、公17及劉厝公園等，區位條件特優。
高雄大學區段徵收區，公共設施規劃完善，又有高雄大學加持，已發展成休閒優質社區，本季在大學10街再釋出1筆住三用地，面積約1583坪，地形方正，利於建築規劃，近國中、小用地及後勁溪，具備休閒、文教及交通要件，是興建景觀大樓之黃金標的。
第48期市地重劃區，位於中華二路與建國三路之間精華地帶，北側緊臨綠園道，西側為三民國小，地理位置優越，本季推出1標2筆住四用地，合計面積約224坪，臨建國三路、三鳳中街及8米道路，近三塊厝車站、三民國小及三民市場，生活機能完善。
第77期市地重劃區，近快速道路省道台88線及中山高五甲系統交流道，交通便利，本季推出2標2筆土地，1筆臨20米鳳南一路，面積約117坪，宜規劃興建透天店舖住宅；另1筆面積約310坪土地，臨紅毛港路及代德三街，投資自用兩相宜。
第84期市地重劃區，位於仁武區八德西路旁，距國道1號及10號鼎金系統交流道僅數百公尺，區內北屋排水、滯洪池公園及道路開闢後，居住品質大幅提升，本季推出1筆住四用地，面積約123坪，臨永新二街及6米道路，近滯洪池公園及澄觀公園，居住休閒條件佳。
大坪頂5號道路區段徵收區，位於高鳳路東側，環境清幽，高市府開闢孔宅綠園、星光隧道，增加休閒空間，區內10號道路可通往大寮，交通便利，本季再推出1標2筆土地，合計面積約1071坪，四面臨路，適合整體規劃興建透天住宅。
高坪2期區段徵收區內有數萬坪之熱帶植物園與綠地，本季推出1筆住二用地，面積約534坪，近大坪頂運動公園，本季採持平價格，提供業界及投資人進駐良機。另大寮及五甲農地重劃區各推出1筆及2筆土地，供投資人多種選擇。
投資大眾可前往市府四維行政中心1樓中庭地政局服務台索取標售海報及標單，或直接上網高雄房地產億年旺網站、地政局及土地開發處網站查詢下載相關資料，在期限前完成投標。為配合防疫需求，本季開標作業除於地政局第一會議室辦理外，另將於地政局Facebook粉絲專頁同步直播，請大眾多加利用。
