普亭稱俄烏談判出現正面轉變 美股期指應聲勁揚

俄國2週前對烏克蘭發起入侵行動。俄羅斯總統普亭（VladimirPutin）今天表示，俄國與烏克蘭的談判出現一些「正面轉變」。

普亭告訴白俄羅斯總統魯卡申柯（AlexanderLukashenko）：「我方談判人員告訴我，出現了某些正面轉變。」他與魯卡申柯在莫斯科的會面透過電視轉播。

普亭也說，談判目前幾乎每天都在進行。

自從普亭於2月24日揮兵入侵烏克蘭以來，雙方已經展開多輪談判。談判導致包括開設多條人道走廊，讓平民撤離戰鬥區域。但俄烏交也相指責對方阻礙平民疏散。

普亭也承諾繼續讓他的盟友魯卡申柯「獲知」談判進展。

俄軍部隊從多個方向入侵烏克蘭，包括取道白俄領土。普亭稱俄國的目的是要「實現烏克蘭非軍事化和去納粹化」。

普亭出兵以來，俄國遭受國際嚴重制裁。但普亭對此不以為意。他表示：「蘇聯一直處於被制裁的狀況，卻（依舊）能發展並取得巨大成功。」普亭發言傳開，美股期貨指數受激勵勁揚。

美東時間9時06分，道瓊工業期指上漲263點或0.79%，標準普爾500期指上漲38.75點或0.91%，那斯達克期指上漲164.75點或1.21%。
