酒駕防制教育將修法 吊銷駕照2次須接受酒癮治療
109年3月1日起汽車駕駛人曾依道路交通管理處罰條例第35條第1項第1款、第2項至第5項規定受吊銷駕駛執照處分者，應於重新申請考領駕駛執照前1年內完成2天15小時酒駕防制教育訓練，始得報考，違反規定達3次以上者，於重新申請考領駕駛執照前，除依前項規定完成酒駕防制教育訓練外，應至中央衛生主管機關評鑑合格之醫療機構接受12個月且至少12次之酒癮評估治療，並取得完成證明書。

酒後駕車害人害己，每次酒駕肇事事故皆造成嚴重財物及無辜生命犧牲、無數家庭的破碎，近期為有效防制酒後駕車行為，111年1月28日總統華總一義字第11100012091號令修正公布道路交通管理處罰條例第 35、35-1 條條文；施行日期，由行政院以命令定之。
為有效防制酒後駕車行為，交通部即將修法將曾違反道路交通管理處罰條例第35條第1項第1款、第2項至第5項規定規定達「2次」以上者即須接受接受酒癮評估治療。為服務重新申請考領駕照之民眾，本站於今（111）年3月14、15日及19、20日開設酒駕防制教育課程，讓民眾能於規定修正施行前完成酒駕防制教育及考照。
屏東監理站站長羅振瑞表示，依規定參加酒駕防制教育重新考照之駕駛人，除需自行負擔酒駕防制教育訓練費用新台幣2,800元、酒癮治療費等，考取駕照後，駕駛人也必需限駕駛車輛點火自動鎖定裝置車輛，酒精鎖裝置費用也是由駕駛人自行負擔。酒駕罰很大!再次呼籲民眾「酒後不開車、開車不喝酒」，共同維護行車安全。
