台商鮭魚返鄉推動未來城E化園區計畫　覓地尋商機

身兼亞洲台灣商會副總會長、澳門台商會會長的豪門國際開發董事長簡廷在號召數位台商鮭魚返鄉，將在台投資30億元，創設集智慧智能創意文化科技、數位經濟、元宇宙體驗營、NFT環球通幣虛實整合展演園區於一身的「ESG淨零碳排未來城E化生活園區」，且投資台灣事務所已了解相關規劃，將可協助申辦中小企業加速行動投資方案，並獲政府高度重視。

豪門國際開發公司參與的知名建案眾多，包括香港迪士尼、新加坡環球影城、台灣奇美博物館、衛武營國家音樂廳、上海迪士尼等，近年在大陸海南、雲南、南寧、鄭州也都有海洋公園、生態公園、動物王國等大型景點的案例。

簡廷在表示，台灣過去以製造業為主，位居亞洲四小龍之首，如今面臨2050淨零碳排的全球趨勢，企業需要多元發展數位經濟、大力推廣創意文化科技，發展創新夢想經濟，實現無煙囪產業，才有這次回台投資的契機。

「ESG淨零碳排未來城E化生活園區」兼顧環境保護（E，environment）、社會責任（S，social）和公司治理（G，governance）等，用以規劃設計未來城E化生活園區，簡廷在說，園區將導入綠電自給自足與供生、水處理零排循環系統，雨水淨化綠能儲存、空氣流通淨零碳排等環境永續理念，塑造涵蓋創新、文化、科技、環保、觀光產業等多元面貌的未來城。

簡廷在也成立環球國際文創公司，負責此項未來城市投資案，目前評估首選區位桃園區，因具有國際機場的優勢，便於引進國際人流，增添國際市場擴展空間與觀光產業發展競爭力；其次則是新竹區域，因竹科具備科技創新產業與人才的厚實基礎，且新竹已經形成智慧型都會，極具發展潛力。

目前團隊已經著手各項前期規劃，希望未來能夠得到政府的支持與地方的協助，共同尋找最合適區位，讓台灣的產業加速轉型，以取代勞力經濟工廠製造業，實現無煙囪產業經濟。
