南區「開南安居」斥資13億今動土 南市社會住宅年底增至7000戶以上

內政部與國家住宅及都市更新中心，在台南市南區斥資13億興建的「開南安居社會住宅」13日舉行工程動土典禮，該處社會住宅將興建總戶數300戶，2棟上11層、地下3層的大樓，預計會在2025年底完工，內政部次長花敬群致詞時指出，台南市的社會住宅總數在2022年底前將會增加到7000戶以上。

開南安居社會住宅動土典禮包括內政部長花敬群、營建署長吳欣修、台南市長黃偉哲、立委林俊憲、住都中心執行長黃景茂等人都出席，花敬群表示，住都中心在台南的社宅從原先規劃的4000戶增加到7000戶，已完成招標有2014戶，年底前招標3971戶，未來將持續興建，花敬群說，社宅工程兼具節能、耐震，也規劃非營利幼兒園、托嬰、長照中心等。

營建署長吳欣修表示，除了開南安居，住都中心在中華南路、清水路路口的社宅也將要動工，另外在安平、新市、永康、安南、善化等行政區，都有中央建的社宅，永康在南大附中附近、善化在舊衛生局與警察宿舍附近，正在洽談中。
黃偉哲說，台南市民的住宅自有率比全台平均值高，已達89％，但很多人仍然有社宅的需求，在中央的協助下，台南市已有7000戶社宅，期待南區社宅完成後，民眾可以享受社宅的低廉租金，以及輕豪宅的品質。

開南安居社會住宅位於南區中華西路及新建路上，鄰近鹽埕圖書館、開南公園、觀光工廠及學校等，與市區連結，不僅藝文氣息濃厚，交通便利亦可縮短通勤時間，基地面積2354平方公尺，有套房、2房及3房等3種房型，工程經費13億4162萬元，預計2025年完工。由於原物料漲價，每坪成本上漲約2萬元。
