高市租屋補貼增加1萬個名額 即日起至8月底開放申請

高市租屋族有福了，高市府111年度增額租金補貼，增加1萬個名額，即日起至8月31日期間，受理設籍高雄市，每人每月平均所得4.3萬至5萬元，且無自有住宅，有租屋需求的高雄市民，請把握時限備齊文件，上網申辦或郵寄市府都發局，踴躍申辦高市增額租金補貼。
高市增額租金補貼政策
高市府與中央合作，除將高市原規劃10655戶社會住宅，增加至12000戶社宅為目標，更開徵囤房稅均用於市民房屋租金補貼，預計增加1萬戶市民受惠，經費將於10月核撥入帳，加計內政部300億元擴大租金方案提供約7萬名額，高市租金補貼戶數可增至8萬戶，可造福更多市民，保障市民居住權。
高市增額租金補貼各行政區補助金額
高市府都發局長吳文彥表示，內政部今年推出300億擴大租金補貼專案，照顧對象為家庭所得每人每月4.3萬元（最低生活費3倍）以下之租屋家庭；但4.3萬元以上的也不用擔心，市府開辦增額租金補貼將申請門檻調高到5萬元，所以所得超過內政部申請門檻但5萬元以下的可向都發局提出申請；補貼金額考量不同地區租金差異及個別家戶負擔程度不同，給予每月1,800到5,880元不等的額度，補貼期間1年，有需求的民眾要把握機會。
高市增額租金補貼申辦身份類別及線上申辦網址
都發局住宅發展處表示，開辦期間自7月18日至8月31日，採線上或郵寄方式提出申請，所需檢附文件及相關規定，可至都發局增額租金補貼申請系統查詢：https://hs.kcg.gov.tw/HSH/ 。另為利民眾補件便利，也提供24小時傳真、e-mail信箱或郵寄等多元補件服務。民眾如有任何疑問，可於上班時間撥打服務專線： 07-3368333轉2649~2651、2981~2983、5194~5196（四維行政中心），將有專人詳細說明。
