《隱形冠軍》工業鋁擠型專家廣翰實業深耕台南　自動化生產線連國外廠商都豎大拇指

位於台南永康科技工業區的廣翰實業，創立迄今已經有36年歷史，從最早以鋁門窗起家，再跨足工業鋁擠型生產，從鋁製品研發、製造到銷售一條龍，更獲得宜家家居（IKEA）青睞，擔任專屬供應商達12年之久，為解決人力問題，還打造太陽能扣件自動化產線，可取代上百人工，連合作業者都想邀請廣翰赴美設廠，但廣翰仍決定深耕台灣，未來還要繼續加碼投資台南。

廣翰以鋁門窗為本業，2002年投入工業鋁擠型生產，引進機械設備等，強化生產技術與品質，跨足更多領域，也提升本業產品水準，推出自有品牌「廣翰隔音氣密窗」、「集好居」等，是北、中、南不少知名建案指定廠商，另外包括3C代工大廠可成科技、永康警分局及南市消防第五大隊新建、嘉義射日塔等，都選用廣翰實業生產的鋁門窗及建材。

廣翰實業董事長柯武郎說，2002年也是公司轉型的重要時刻，投入工業鋁擠型生產後，廣翰也從生活居家領域，開始延伸到運輸設備、機械、3C電子、運動器材、光電產業、醫療、節能建材等，產品行銷亞太地區和美國、歐盟市場，當年更是少數打入IKEA供應鍊的廠商，更在與IKEA的合作關係中，「偷學」到國際企業經營管理的招式。

柯武郎提到，IKEA可以說是相當「龜毛」，有套叫做「I-way」的標準模式，從產品製造到員工管理都一絲不苟，配合廠商必須遵照所有條件，不然隨時會被「三振出局」，這也讓廠房、設備、人力持續擴充的廣翰，及時建立起一套管理機制，柯武郎當時沒想太多，只知道「跟著學照做就對了」，這也替廣翰打下良好的基礎，企業在不知不覺中已經接軌國際。

廣翰持續精進生產技術，因應近年逐漸嚴峻的缺工問題，整合智慧化物流系統與自動化設備設立產線，讓產能不虞匱乏，疫情期間甚至只靠產線流程影片，就接到來自美國廠商的訂單，對方甚至還想要廣翰赴美「整廠輸出」，為讓Know-How留在台灣，柯武郎最後婉拒，他笑說又不是頭殼壞去，等等讓美國人「整碗捧去」。

深耕台灣，廣翰先在2020年底通過根留台灣投資案，擴大既有產線，現在又加碼投資超過5億元，將在永康科技園區興建第5廠，引入工業自動化解決方案軟體，朝機器人學習達成預防管理目標邁進，提升鋁擠型相關產品應用多元化；另外在企業社會責任上也多有建樹，對於社會公益、移工留才、企業淨零轉型等，都投入心力，擬訂計畫朝目標邁進。
