近來遭詐騙案件，發現有民眾遭到某「運彩分析專業團隊」詐騙，經警方追查，該集團於Instagram等社群軟體限時動態，刊登偽、變造之運彩中獎照片，營造該團隊分析神準、高中獎率之假象，又自稱賽事分析師取信被害人，藉此詐取「賽事分析費」，詐取數千到上萬元新台幣「賽事分析費」，但民眾下注卻槓龜連連。

該詐騙集團亦提供「代購運彩服務」，可協助代購運彩明牌，使被害人陷於錯誤，惟實際上並未按被害人給付金額購買，藉此詐取「賽事投注金」，且部分民眾交付款項後仍不知遭詐欺集團詐騙。
警方查扣李嫌（23歲、詐欺前科）住處、及共犯張嫌住處搜出324萬5千餘元、電腦主機9台、電腦螢幕10台、點鈔機1台、作案用手機15支、網路數據機1台、網路集線器2台、運動彩券1批、購買Instagram文件一批等相關贓證物。

刑事局表示，嫌犯利用電腦修圖軟體技術，偽造中獎運彩彩券，並以每場明牌4千到1萬元不等代價攬客，再利用收購來的兩萬多人追蹤IG帳號，與張姓共犯製播「協助發財」、「逆轉人生」等報明牌賺大錢不實訊息，女友羅女則擔任集團帳房、負責管控詐騙獲利贓款，也遭警方逮捕。

李嫌情侶檔經營詐騙集團，10個月獲利超過千萬元新台幣，李男羅女遭警方拘提到案後否認涉案，辯稱僅是「報不準的明牌」收取費用，否認詐欺直稱是消費糾紛，警訊後依觸犯《刑法》詐欺、偽造文書、洗錢防制法等罪嫌移送新北地檢署。新北地檢署檢察官認定兩人犯後態度不佳提出聲押，李男經新北地院法官裁定羈押、羅女則因懷孕獲交保，其餘共犯裁定3-5萬元交保候傳。
