《隱形冠軍》汽機車零組件產業的幕後好幫手 台安特殊鋼投資南市

據統計，台灣汽車零組件每年產值約2,000億元，其中南台灣就占了3分之1，車燈、碰撞件更是全球售後維修市場龍頭，台南市就有不少知名廠商，包括全球第一的汽車AM塑膠件、保險桿製造商東陽實業，還有車燈大廠帝寶、堤維西等，而其中生產模具的精密度、耐用度，鋼材的質量是重要關鍵，台安特殊鋼在台南新吉工業區的新廠，就是業者最好的後盾。

台安特殊鋼成立逾40年，是台灣大型的鋼材進口庫存及零售商，齊全的模具鋼種類配上豐富的庫存，以符合消費市場追求最大性價比的需求，並兼具高精質優的特點；除深耕模具及機械產業，更積極深入產業及客戶需求，針對台灣模具產業全球接單的產業特性，客製化、機動化調整，對於任何條件都難不倒台安。
台安特殊鋼台南廠經理洪志豪說，台安專營高階模具鋼，代理包括德國葛利茲SWG、日本山陽Sanyo、韓國Doosan等國際品牌，產品線還有熱作工具鋼、鏡面不銹鋼、鐵板、中碳板、中鋼板、紅十字板、模具鋼等，並因應業務不斷擴張的需求，在北、中、南陸續成立營運據點，目前新北有五股、泰山、蘆洲3廠，桃園則是中壢廠，雲林落腳斗六，還有服務南部客戶為主的台南廠。

在加工服務上，台安特殊鋼添購各型設備，包括大型日本AMADA VM3800、高速鋸床、CNC、電離子及雷射、折床加工機械設備等，根據客戶需求，提供電腦火焰切割、鋸床切割、六面銑磨、吊模孔加工等各類量身訂做的選項，目前產品銷售海內外，充足庫存、遍佈全台的營業中心及倉儲，讓材料配送及技術服務能掌握時效，未來也朝世界級特殊鋼供應商目標邁進。
洪志豪指出，台安特殊鋼的6個據點，是根據產業類別的地域性設置，並定調主要服務項目，以台南廠為例，主要客戶都是汽機車零組件的全球性大廠，車燈三雄中的帝寶、堤維西都是台安客戶，更是東陽實業OEM保險桿的協力廠商，也是精密塑膠模具廠南楓模具的好夥伴，洪志豪說，在提供模具材料外，全方位的設計諮詢服務，才是台安能獲得業界信賴的關鍵。
