《隱形冠軍》金屬複合板專家森鉅科技材料 回收牛奶瓶打造貨櫃車體

看過電影《變形金剛》的觀眾，都會對帥氣的主角柯博文留下深刻印象，而在廣闊的美國大陸上，貨櫃車馳騁公路的場景可是相當常見，但不說不知道，這開在路上的貨櫃車車廂，有3成都是用MIT的金屬複合板所打造，而且其中的塑料材質，還是用回收牛奶瓶製作而成，這家公司就是位於台南的森鉅科技材料，透過專業技術、不斷研發，成為世界最大的金屬塑膠複合板製造商，也是不折不扣的隱形冠軍。

看準複合板材料應用範圍廣，極具發展潛力，鄭憲得、鄭憲堂、鄭憲松三兄弟從原本的建設公司轉投入建築材料領域，1994年創立了森鉅科技材料，一開始專門生產鋁塑複合板，應用在建築帷幕牆為主，以商業大樓、高科技廠房外牆最常見。
森鉅科技材料生產的鋁塑複合板行銷世界40多國，知名案例包括台北南港軟體園區、中國武漢世貿大樓外牆，墨西哥首都墨西哥市La Mexicana Park旁的新開發區，所有大樓都是採用森鉅所生產的鋁塑板，更不用說自家廠房了，2017年在柳營科技工業區啟用的新廠，外牆鋪的全是自家產品。

但鋁塑板因為進入門檻低，競爭者越來越多，2003年森鉅開始研發應用於路上貨櫃車廂的鋼塑複合板，並專注於鋼塑表面處理、塑膠及金屬壓出的整平技術，以及模組化設計降低成本、自動化生產，直到2010年才得到客戶大量下單，但也因此搶進北美高達百億美元的市場，逐步坐穩市佔第一，並獲得FedEx、亞馬遜等知名公司運輸車隊青睞。
森鉅複合板的製程中也跟上循環經濟的潮流，其中的塑料材質，其實是將國內外的回收牛奶瓶，經過篩選雜質、重量及遠紅外線分類、人工分撿、清洗、切碎等繁雜過程，再加工做成塑膠粒，塑膠粒再加熱塑型成塑膠板，就成了複合板的重要材料。

森鉅柳科廠廠長蔣宗麟說，生產過程也盡量減少耗能，廠區內就設置水循環回收設備，將清洗瓶罐的汙水回收、分池處理，再用細菌將殘留有機物處理掉，等汙水乾淨了再繼續洗廢料，回收比率來到95％，在缺水時期甚至可以做到零排放，加上廠房也設置光導照明系統，白天導入太陽光、陰雨天及夜間再以LED燈輔助照明，節能省電不但降低成本，也盡到環保及社會責任。
站穩北美市場後，目前森鉅也開始深耕中國、印度及英國等市場，車體上除原有鋼塑板外，又研發出高強度鋁塑板，讓貨櫃車更加輕量化，降低油耗及碳排，載貨量增加，去年底FedEx向通用汽車訂購500部電動商用車中，捲門部分就採用這項新產品，未來商機無限。
