光輝十月十日，白河十七戶南天宮也金光閃閃，分散北中南數位信眾，合作開發白河南寮一處露營地，過程中多次受到方府千歲的神助，才得以完成開發，為感謝方府千歲，合作信眾選在十月十日上午十點十分，將一面十兩重的金牌，送到白河南天宮，獻給方府千歲表達謝意，這面金牌也是南天宮目前最大面的金牌。

白河十七戶南天宮主祀方府千歲，庇佑財運事業相當靈驗，數位分散北中南各地的信眾，因為方府千歲結緣並合作開發白河南寮一處露營地，過程經歷多次波折，求助方府千歲後才得以完成這筆達上億的開發案。
為感謝方府千歲庇佑神助，合作投資信眾，特別選在雙十國慶日，上午十點十分，敬獻一面十兩重金牌，感謝方府千歲，這面金牌也是目前南天宮信眾敬獻最大面的獎牌，更創下台南溪北地區各宮廟單面金牌重量最重的紀錄。金牌現值以目前金價計算約超過台幣80萬。
主委方張金鳳主委表示，幾位信眾在幾年前，今因方府千歲結緣，看中白河南寮一塊土地，合作設置開發露營區，過程當中經過資金，土地產權等難題，後來求助方府千歲，冥冥中的神助讓問題迎刃而解，露營區也開發完成預計明年正式營運。
敬金牌的信眾表示，方府千歲無形中的庇佑，真的感受很深，因為這次金額不小的投資，有方府千歲幫忙，才得以完成，因此，才有幾位合夥投資信眾，打造十兩金牌酬謝神恩。
