連這…..也要搶買! 台南凌晨現「排隊買房」人潮 30人熬通宵為了搶一屋

台南市仁德區造鎮案「東都綠學」8日上午10時將開案銷售，不過在凌晨2時左右就聚集了約30位民眾在現場等候，並架起桌椅將在此通宵排隊。
臉書粉絲專頁「住宅週報」PO出照片表示，「竹北排隊買房，在台南復刻」，圖中可見已有人潮聚集，在街頭過夜排隊只為搶到8日上午10點將開賣的預售屋。
台南市仁德區陸續有新建案成屋、交屋，今年6月移轉量還衝上台南第1，東森房屋永康奇美加盟店店東卓豐章先前表示，仁德區除了原本就擁有一定的就業人口外，同時也是地理位置最佳的台南市蛋白區，交通便利性、生活機能俱佳，且仁德目前的房價較為親民，未來園區建設完成，開發陸續到位後，將會吸引更多就業人口移入，仁德房市的未來相當可期。
