嘉市競技疊杯培訓隊 因應防疫實體加線上 訓練不中斷

嘉義市去(110)年12月辦理競技疊杯市級資格賽，共甄選出41名嘉義市競技疊杯培訓隊隊員，預計最後要篩選出約25名選手代表嘉義市參加3月於新北市舉辦的全國大賽。這個培訓隊很多元，隊裡同時有特教生和一般生，但特教生卻沒有因為身體的限制而有所禮遇；這是一隊沒有任何規則差異的運動代表隊，選手所接受的訓練都是一樣的。
嘉義市長黃敏惠身兼中華台北特奧會理事長，一直致力以運動創造特教生的榮耀感，這三年舉辦嘉義市適應體育融合運動會，為特教生搭建展現自我的舞台，也藉由融合運動讓老師帶著學生身體力行，讓學生去體會每個人原本就不一樣，每個人都有自己的特色，唯一一樣的，就是我們都有追逐夢想的權力。

為了讓嘉義市競技疊杯的選手，能在全國大賽有好的表現，在教育處林立生處長支持下，邀請了競技疊杯協會朱雅芳理事長，協助培訓事宜。也為了讓小選手們的培訓更紮實更完整，規畫了結合4次實體和5次線上的培訓課程。
然而，在以往協會的培訓課程中，這是第一次針對特教生和一般生開設同時段的完整線上培訓。朱雅芳理事長說，一開始很擔心特教生在操作線上培訓課程時，要花很多時間解決設備問題；但讓她驚訝的是，不只老師和選手非常熟稔視訊課程的操作，選手們對培訓的投入程度更讓她動容。依朱理事長的觀察，已實施的兩次線上課程和實體課程的成效幾乎一樣，甚至在過程中，選手之間互相提醒幫忙，也培養學生優良的運動家精神。
育人國小校長楊家豪說，從這幾次的培訓課程當中，我們看見孩子們很珍惜這一次可以代表嘉義市征戰全國大賽的機會，甚至期待入選競技疊杯國手。因此，學生的訓練動機真的很強。期末學校舉辦校務會議，老師為了要開會，只幫學生裝設好視訊設備就去參與會議；沒想到，二個小時的會議回來後，看到學生仍專注在練習，當下真的很令老師感動。
志航國小謝佳欣老師也說，志航國小特教班的宋惟森，原本在學習方面學習速度較緩慢，遇到新的事物會比較沒有學習動機，且對自己很沒有自信心。剛開始接觸疊杯時，因為一直倒杯，且記不住順序，因而常常將”想放棄”掛在嘴邊，但成功入選嘉義市競技疊杯培訓隊後，惟森對自己越來越有自信，也越來越熱愛競技疊杯運動。
惟森在學校每堂下課都會跑來問老師可不可以練習疊杯，進行培訓課程時也會勤奮練習，認真面對每一次的培訓，從不懈怠!視訊課程時也會專心聽教練對自己和對他人的講評，學習他人的優點，慢慢的調整自己。後來惟森發現，原來不只有實體培訓可以讓自己進步，也可以透過視訊課程學習疊杯技巧，並同時觀摩其他同學，互相切磋。在這過程中，不僅提升了惟森的手眼協調能力，更提升了他的自信心及成就感，也讓惟森了解到只要堅持努力，自己一定可以做到!
教育處林立生處長說，111年嘉義市的教育學習年目標，鼓勵每個學生1定要樂閱讀，1定要多運動，1定要秀才藝。競技疊杯運動讓每個學生都能運動又培養一項才藝；透過實體和線上的培訓，也讓特教生和一般生一起訓練，一起凝聚向心力，大家一起勇敢追求成為競技疊杯國手的夢想。
