《這個好》2022總爺和風文化祭開鑼 安倍晉三故鄉的工藝品這裡就看得到

邁入第10年的「2022總爺和風文化祭」集日起熱鬧登場，連續2日的開幕活動在總爺藝文中心大舞台草皮區舉行精彩演出及特色市集，市長黃偉哲與副市長趙卿惠、文化局長葉澤山、台日文化友好交流基金會董事長李退之、地方民代等貴賓一同邀請民眾踴躍參加文化祭活動，今年展出的恰好是日本山口縣工藝作品，山口縣也是前日相安倍晉三的故鄉，讓人更加傷感。
因日本前首相安倍晉三不幸遇害逝世，市長黃偉哲沉重表達哀悼，並致上崇高敬意，他感謝安倍首相對台灣的友善，並強調未來台日的交流只會加強不會減少，與會貴賓現場默哀1分鐘，主辦方也於總爺設置紀念專區供民眾悼念，黃偉哲希望藉著本次文化祭活動，讓民眾對安倍的故鄉山口縣能了解更多工藝文化之美，也期盼台灣、日本的友誼能夠長存。
今年和風文化祭首度特別規劃台南文創美食市集，結合麻豆商圈與麻豆農會在地特產，並有開幕系列活動，包括「穿越台灣1930」、「牧歌音樂工作室與曲盤聽講文化工作室」、「山本柳日本舞踊」等8場演出，以及大內漆器彩繪、赤間硯書寫、金魚燈籠彩繪、和風髪飾手作體驗共22場次，還有日式浴衣攝影體驗、山口縣限定手工藝品有獎徵答、金魚燈籠打卡網美牆等，內容豐富有趣。
市府文化局與財團法人台南市台日文化友好交流基金會特邀去年與台南市議會締結友好關係的山口縣合作，跨海來台展出12種共90多件工藝品，包含大內漆器、萩燒陶器、赤間硯、萩玻璃、萩人偶、武者織、鬼揚子、仁王面具、石人偶、德地和紙、柳井縞及造型超級「卡哇伊」的金魚燈籠等傳統工藝品。
日本山口縣村岡嗣政知事與山口縣議會柳居俊學議長特別透過影片表達對和風文化祭的祝福，也希望未來國境開放後，能有更多台日交流機會，並寄來極具代表山口工藝的大內漆器人偶及萩玻璃，由台日文化友好交流基金會董事長李退之代表贈送，副市長趙卿惠代表市長黃偉哲受贈後，也回贈台南林百貨嚴選伴手禮，包含奇美鳳梨酥、茶葉禮盒等，充份展現台南人好客與多禮的精神。
市長黃偉哲邀請市民朋友及各地旅客趁著暑假，闔家大小到總爺踏青、欣賞表演、觀展、逛市集，在落實防疫措施下，度過愉快的假日時光。
