高雄萬戶社宅再添拼圖 「岡山社宅」正式啟動

高雄市長陳其邁上任以來大力推動社會住宅，透過社會住宅平台與國家住督中心密切合作，與中央合力從原先規劃的8800戶增加到1萬戶以上，分別由國家住宅、都市更新中心、高雄市政府負責興建，目前由高市府負責的岡山社宅已經決標，共4棟地上12層級地下2層建物，計625戶、預計4年後完工。

工務局楊欽富局長指出，岡山社宅位於87期重劃區內，已完成基本設計，總樓地板面積約63,920平方公尺，發包工程經費為33億721萬元，去年9月首次公告招標後，因原物料上漲及營建市場缺工影響，歷經5次流標。經市府檢討及調整預算單價再次招標後，終於在111年7月7日決標，由宏昇營造股份有限公司與恩典聯合建築師事務所共同投標團隊得標。
工務局指出，岡山社宅周圍公園、道路等公共設施均已開闢完成，面向公16、公17公園具有良好景觀視野，戶戶均有良好的採光及通風，並於低樓層空間規劃日照中心、社區關懷據點、身障服務據點、幼兒園及社區健身中心等設施。
高市府表示，岡山社宅鄰近省道、國道、捷運南岡山站及台鐵岡山站等設施，亦位處路竹科學園區、本洲工業區、橋頭科學園區等產業園區中心位置，未來周邊將有正在興建的高醫岡山園區，以及南岡山捷運站秀泰集團近期開幕的岡山樂購站前廣場，配合半導體S廊帶，岡山社宅未來也將為岡山地區提供更多元的居住方式及社會服務。
