房東收屋海產攤被迫關門 客人怕吃不到霸氣買屋續租

這就是南部人的海派霸氣！高雄市有一家老牌海產熱炒店，日前傳出因為房東收屋不再續租，因此準備關門大吉，連老饕都覺得可惜，沒想到現在結果竟然出乎人意料，海產店近期仍然繼續營業，一問之下才知道，原來是熟客怕以後吃不到店家料理，乾脆把透天厝買下來繼續租給海產店，網友們直呼「太狂！」

陳姓網友在臉書社團「爆廢公社」PO文指出，位在高雄同心路的「阿貴活海產」店家老闆之前告知他，因為房東想把房子收回，因此將在4月歇業，但近日他經過時，發現店家仍繼續營業，他二話不說立刻進去捧場。
吃飯的同時陳姓網友與老闆閒聊，問起為何能續租原因，老闆笑著說，因為有一個客人怕他們以後不開了吃不到，所以就把這棟透天厝買下來，客人變成房東，繼續租給他們營業，這結果讓人瞠目結舌，想不到竟然有人為了吃到想吃的料理直接砸錢買房。

PO文上網後引發網友熱議，紛紛留言「有錢就是任性啊」、「有錢人的生活就是這麼樸實無華」、「真的是遇到好客人了」，也有人發現店名叫「阿貴」，由於近來「哥吉拉」新聞事件男主角離家出走，借住的朋友名字就叫阿貴，也讓網友們戲稱「阿貴最近很忙」、「原來阿貴在這。」
